   Margie Lillig CLD ~ Certified Doula

Margie's desire is to comfort and support you with love and respect.

She gave birth to both of her daughters without medication, so she understands the journey from conception through breastfeeding first hand. Her optimistic attitude has supported her family and friends for many years. It was her daughter-in-law that encouraged her to be a professional doula.  This sparked her passion to guide others to the understanding of how crucial informed support is during the birth process. Margie is a natural with encouragement which is desperately needed during birthing and in difficult postpartum times. MS Lillig is reliable and timely.

Margie believes in what she teaches as demonstrated by her healthy lifestyle. She is a walker and fitness advocate, which is complimented by her love of nutrition and healthy eating.

She is respected in the community and was the owner/operator of her own daycare and then became a foster parent.

Margie is a Childbirth International (CBI) certified birth doula, a MotherWit certified postpartum doula,  a member of DONA International and a member of the Wichita Birth Alliance. Ms. Lillig is certified with Spinning babies dedicated for the optimal positioning of babies spinningbabies.com. She is currently the doula for the Unleased Warriors formerly called the Lady Bugg House, devoted to serving at risk young women and their children in the Wichita, KS area http://walkinginthereighn.com . She also serves as a doula for BirthWaves that assist women with pregnancy and loss http://birthwaves.org . MS Lillig is a chair member with the Cystic Fibrosis Great Strides walk that occurs annually in May.

Margie serves families in Wichita, Derby, Augusta, Goddard, Maize and surrounding areas.
