Postpartum Doula Packages

Basic Package: (12 hours) 3 hours of Postpartum Care for 4 visits. These visits can be spaced as needed, and hours can be adapted and changed to better support you.
Includes:

• One prenatal meeting to discuss your specific needs, make a plan and address any questions you may have regarding your baby “space”, breastfeeding paraphernalia, and any other gear you may have!
• Phone, text and email support
• Includes wholesome meals and home-baked healthy treats.

Cost: $470 (includes applicable taxes.)
Any additional blocks of 12 hours will be charged at $420.
Any additional block of 3 hours is $100.

The Special Care Package: (24 hours) 4 hours of Postpartum Care over 6 visits.
Sometimes you feel that you would like to ensure care over a longer period of time. This can be a good idea if you have little support in the city, or if you foresee your spouse returning to work sooner than expected. This is often also the case, when you are giving birth to multiples, or have a planned Caesarean birth.
These visits can be spaced as needed, and hours can be adapted and changed to better support you.
Includes:

• One prenatal meeting to discuss your specific needs, make a plan and address any questions you may have regarding your baby “space”, breastfeeding paraphernalia, and any other gear you may have!
• Phone, text and email support.
• Includes wholesome meals and home-baked healthy treats.

Cost: $840 (includes applicable taxes.)
Any additional blocks of 12 hours will be charged at $420.
Any additional block of 3 hours is $100.

Sweet Dreams: Overnight Support

If there is a need, your postpartum doula can offer overnight support. This will allow you to sleep and rest, while feeling confident that your baby is in the gentle hands of an experienced doula. Your doula would bring you the baby for feeding, but would take care of the rest: diapers, burping, and settling baby down. It can be a worthwhile treat to a sleep-deprived new family!

The fee is $250 from 10pm to 6am.

If you feel you still need support once your session is over, you may extend your care depending on availability.

Your doula is available for extra postpartum visits if you so desire.  The cost is $100 per visit of 3 hours

A 50% retaining fee is due upon agreement. A check post-dated for the projected date of your last day of receiving postpartum support is required at this time as well.
